01 How it works

Ten minutes of your time. The rest is our problem.

Photographers do not avoid getting a website because they do not want one. They avoid it because the last time they tried, it ate three weekends and never quite got finished.

So the whole process is arranged around a single principle: the work sits with us, the decision sits with you, and you are never waiting on a task you have to complete before anything can happen.

A closed laptop and a stack of printed photographs on a pale oak desk beside a brass lamp at blue hour.

You send one message. We do the rest and come back with a finished website.

02 The timeline, in real hours

From your first message to a site on your own domain.

Rush delivery inside 24 hours is available as a $49 add-on. We will tell you honestly whether your project can take it.

  1. Within 2 hours · working hours

We reply and send a short checklist

    You do nothing yet.

  2. The next 10 minutes

    You send the checklist back

    Photographs, services, links. One message.

  3. Within 48 hours

We build the whole site on a private link

Structure, words, layout, your photographs. You do nothing.

  4. However long you need

We wait while you look at it

On a phone, on a laptop, with whoever you ask about these things.

  5. If yes

We take it live on your domain

Approve, pay, and tell us the domain.

  6. If no

We close the file and delete the preview

No invoice. No follow-up sequence. One word is plenty.

  7. 24 to 72 hours after yes

Live, with the credentials sent to you

In your name, yours to move anywhere.

  8. Day 3, then week 2

    We check in

Anything that needs adjusting gets adjusted.

03 The checklist

Everything we ask you for, in one list.

This is the entire intake. There is no second questionnaire and no discovery call.

  • 8 to 15 photographs you are proud of. Not your whole archive. A gallery gets tiring past about fifteen, and your fifteen best beat your hundred good.
  • What you offer and roughly what it costs. A price band is fine. Published prices filter out the enquiries that waste your time.
  • A few sentences about you. Badly written is fine. That is what the copywriting is for.
  • Any real testimonials you already have, with the client's permission.
  • Your logo, if you have one. If you do not, say so and we will set your name properly instead.
  • Your domain, or a note that you need one. It gets registered in your name.
  • The email address enquiries should land in.

04 Before any preview is sent

Every build passes the same checks. Including the boring ones.

A website that looks good and loads slowly is not a good website. These are checked on every build, every time.

  • Opens and reads correctly at 375 pixels wide, which is most phones
  • Photographs sized and compressed properly, so no six-megabyte JPEGs
  • Every image has alternative text, for screen readers and for search
  • Text contrast measured against the actual pixels, not guessed at
  • The whole site usable by keyboard alone
  • The enquiry form tested by submitting it
  • Page titles and descriptions written for each page, not duplicated
  • Checked in Chrome, Safari and Firefox, on a phone and a laptop

05 The part nobody publishes

What happens when it goes wrong.

If we are late. We tell you before the deadline, not after it. If a preview slips past 48 hours you will hear from us with a reason and a new time.

If the preview is not right. Say so and tell us what is off. One round of changes is included before you decide, because we would rather fix it than lose you over something we misread.

If we cannot build for you. Some work does not suit what we do. We will say so in the first reply. Taking a job we cannot do well helps nobody.

If you disappear. Nothing happens. We do not run a follow-up sequence, and there is no invoice for work you never asked to keep.
