We stay out of the way, and we shoot on film.
Nobody remembers being directed. What people remember is the light in a room, a grandmother laughing at something off to the side, the two minutes on a terrace before anyone came to find you.
We work in pairs, we shoot medium-format film alongside digital, and we hand back somewhere between four and six hundred photographs that look like your day actually looked.
The last hour is usually the one you frame.
